I also speak four languages—Spanish, Portuguese, French, and English—so I’m used to meeting people where they are, literally and figuratively. My educational path has taken me around the world, including advanced studies in Portugal and Spain, and a doctorate in leadership that fuels everything I do: from mentoring new leaders to building teams that deliver results at the speed of innovation.
