There was a season when I stood at the crossroads of vision and velocity. I had the blueprint, the passion, the purpose but not the progress. And what I’ve learned through experience is simple, “strategy without motion is just a well-dressed delay.”

I’ve sat in boardrooms, war rooms, and classrooms where big ideas flew fast. But ideas alone don’t move the needle, execution does. You don’t earn impact by circling the runway. You take off, adjust midair, and build while flying.

My career has spanned continents, crises, and transformations from cyber threat intelligence to leadership at scale. Every challenge, every pivot, every win taught me this: movement matters more than momentum. Because plans don’t build legacies, actions do.

I’ve been blessed to live a life of reinvention from classical music to cyber intelligence, from the streets of Southwest Atlanta to classrooms, conference halls, and global boardrooms. I’ve trained professionals in over 40 countries, served as a trusted advisor for NASA, World Cup operations, and helped shield organizations from threats they didn’t even know were coming. And yes, I’ve done it all while raising six beautiful children, adopting five, happily married for 28 years and living out my promise to protect the defenseless.
